Hollenbeck's Cider Mill has been family owned and operated since our humble beginning in 1933, pressing cider in the barn during the Depression. We have since grown into a country store complete with homemade donuts, pies, and other scratch baked goods. We are located in lovely Virgil, New York, where we proudly serve the surrounding community by offering high-quality products and the opportunity to see how they're made.
