Thanksgiving 2025 FAQ

As usual we will be offering pickup on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving (11/24-26). We’ll have special hours during pickup: Monday and Tuesday we’ll be open 9 am - 6 pm, and on Wednesday we’ll be open from 9 am - 5 pm.

As usual, during the week of Thanksgiving (11/24-26) Pies and Rolls will be available by pre-order only!

As usual dinner rolls will only be available on Wednesday 11/26.

We accept Thanksgiving Orders from November 6th until the Friday prior to Thanksgiving (11/6-21).

We only accept Thanksgiving Orders via telephone (607-835-6455) or in person. No orders will be accepted via our website or email.

There are no bakery items available and no orders accepted for the Saturday and Sunday prior to Thanksgiving (11/22 & 11/23).

The last day to pick up a pie prior to Thanksgiving Prep and Thanksgiving Pickup is Friday 11/21. There may be a handful of items available on a first come, first served basis.

The pie selection available for Thanksgiving Pickup will be the same as in the past: Apple, Dutch Apple, Pumpkin, Blueberry, Dutch Blueberry, Pecan, Mince, and a No Sugar Added Apple (sweetened with erythritol). Available on Wednesday only (11/26) are Jaime’s Famous Dinner Rolls.

With the annual increase in order volume, we have hit the theoretical maximum numbers of pies we can bake. In 2024 hit those numbers and closed ordering early. We know the numbers and have instituted hard, inviolable limits on capacity, if/when we hit them we are sold-out for Thanksgiving. It’s not that we don’t like you or are being mean, it’s that there are not enough hours in the day. Plan ahead and don’t wait to order.

We’ll be closed 11/27-12/2 to spend time with our families and recharge after baking up a storm for yours.
